Norlandia Care makes an important contribution to society by delivering welfare services. Our ethical guidelines emphasize that everyone involved – employees, managers and board members – act according to our common ethical standards.
Our ethical guidelines are revised and updated at least once a year. In this way we can incorporate our day to day experience along with new and current issues in the area.
The main topics of our policies are twofold – business and organizational ethics on the one hand and values and ethics on the other. The first covers general ethical dimensions for the business as such and for the employees as part of the organization, while the latter clarifies Norlandia Care's core values through the use of concrete examples of which individual employees should be aware of.
