Our business is personnel intensive and our employees are our single most important asset. Norlandia Care considers therefore good management to be our most important success criterion.

Our management philosophy is embodied in the company’s ethical guidelines and is based on a positive view of humanity. All employees possess experience, expertise, knowledge and capacity that we wish to further develop in the best way possible. We work according to the principle of maximally decentralised management with centralised support functions. We have inclusive leadership with managers who are skilled decision makers. Our philosophy is is based on a high degree of freedom of action within our company framework.

Our management philosophy is based on the principle that all employees must take responsibility and look for opportunities for further developing the business in the best interests of the residents, guests and employees. This leads to flexible collaboration between the employees and management where knowledge and expertise are further developed through systems of dialogue and feedback; be they employee development reviews, staff meetings or regular surveys.
